HydroBarrel® 480 - Ice Bath Barrel

HydroBarrel® 480 is designed for buyers who want a larger, more immersive cold plunge barrel without moving into a bulky commercial unit. Inspired by the look of a traditional wine barrel, it combines classic styling with a hard-shell build that is made for regular cold water therapy, recovery, and year-round use.

As the largest model in the HydroBarrel range, the 480 gives users extra internal height for deeper upright immersion while still using less water than many wider plunge tubs. This makes it a strong option for taller users or anyone who wants a more spacious plunge position while staying compact in footprint.

The HydroBarrel® 480 is also built with upgraded chiller compatibility. It includes two lower 25mm brass threaded outlets and one 25mm upper inlet hole, allowing it to work with many water chillers using hoses up to 25mm internal diameter. This gives buyers the flexibility to use it with or without a chiller depending on their preferred setup.

Constructed from UV-resistant LLDPE, the barrel is positioned as a durable, non-toxic, BPA-free, medical-grade solution with a non-porous surface that resists oils, toxins, and contaminants. With its included lid, tap, hose, plugs, and quick-release connector, the HydroBarrel® 480 is built to be practical, easy to maintain, and ready for regular cold plunge use.
