Preparing for delivery
Base preparation
Hot tubs and saunas typically require a solid, level base such as a concrete pad, paving, or a suitably specified deck. We can help guide you on what is appropriate for your chosen product and garden setup.
Access routes
Please ensure there is clear access from the delivery point to the installation area. For many products, adequate gate width and turning space should be confirmed in advance — particularly important for older UK properties with narrower access.
Electrical supply
Hardwired products require a dedicated electrical supply installed by a qualified electrician before installation, in line with UK wiring regulations. Plug-and-play models typically require a suitable nearby socket.
Water supply
For hot tubs and cold plunges, a nearby hose connection is usually needed for the initial fill and first setup.
Delivery timescales
In-stock items
Typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days from order confirmation, depending on product and location within the UK mainland.
Made-to-order or imported items
Lead times vary by model and availability and will be confirmed at the point of purchase.
Installation appointments
Where installation is included or arranged, appointments are typically scheduled separately once delivery timing is confirmed.
